His 16 years of design experience, which includes firms such as: Westmoreland, McGarity & Pitts, Hollis-Crocker, and Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc., has contributed to his position as Project Manager. In 2002, he joined the Allora team, continuing to oversee homes in prestigious communities and resort developments. His responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, insuring quality control, purchasing, scheduling, and visiting vendors with his clients.

As an Allora Senior Project Manager, Julie joined the team with over twelve years of experience in construction, including 100 homes she has built and with over 200 built homes she has designed in prestigious neighborhoods and resort communities. With the respect of both suppliers and contractors in the Greater Greenville Area, Julie offers a unique perspective and strong understanding of the design/build concept. With a Bachelors degree in Design and Masters in Architecture from Clemson University, Julie's hands-on approach is very detail oriented, and she uses her experience in design to guide her projects and educate clients throughout the construction process.
Director of Business Development - Skip Brewer - North Carolina
Prior to joining the Allora team, Skip’s experience includes over 15 years in manufacturing and corporate management positions as well as 5+ years of direct, hand-on residential homebuilding in the high-end speculative market. Licensed for residential and commercial building, he also holds a degree in Industrial Management. Having been a former North Carolina Quality Leadership Award Examiner, Skip focuses on the entire process of delivering a quality product to the client. While utilizing a broad background of experience, he is comfortable with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers on the job site or in the office.
Director of Building Services - Michael L. Dove - Florida
Michael comes to Allora as a Project Manager in Palm Coast, Florida with over 27 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He has been a Florida State Certified Contractor since 1981 and has a wide breadth of knowledge and expertise in building complex custom homes in affluent communities. Management experience includes estimating, bidding, purchasing, negotiating with sub-contractors, and quality assurance to ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction. With an extensive background, broad experience, attention to detail, and strong foundation of professional relationships in the community, Michael is extremely successful in facilitating a comfortable construction process for the clients.

Robert Doppelheuer joined Allora, LLC in 2007 as a Construction Project Manager. Bob has a degree from Newberry College and 21 years of experience in the building industry. He will oversee the construction of homes in resort developments.
